Wilmington Anesthesiologists, PLLC (WA) is a group practice of Anesthesiology based at New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) in Wilmington, North Carolina. The members of WA strive to achieve the highest levels of personal integrity and remain committed to the continued improvement of patient care and safety. WA offers its services for multiple types of surgery, in-hospital, ambulatory surgery, and office settings, and cares for all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

WA has provided the anesthesia for the surgical treatment of over 500,000 patients. In 2005, our 20th Anniversary, our 23 physician Anesthesiologists provided the anesthesia for the treatment of 36,000 surgical, obstetric, cardiovascular and pediatric patients.

We have built a stable team of Board Certified, career committed Anesthesiologists. Many of our physicians have sub-specialty training in cardiovascular, pain management, regional or pediatric anesthesiology.
